Dick McIntosh is Tougher than 2020.
Our franchise partner Dick McIntosh has been serving seniors in his Austin, MN, based territory since 2014.
An early advocate of using technology in our work, Dick knew first hand it could enhance safety and ease loneliness. The pandemic illustrated this to the world.
Wanting to help seniors in new ways, Dick provided guidance and motivation for our embrace of assistive technology. He served as co-chair of the Seniors Helping Seniors®360™ Assistive Technology Council, bringing his experience, insight, and enthusiasm to the initiative. He was essential in the process that deployed the tools of technology to our community.
Dick did this all while continuing to grow his business throughout this year.
