Ed Dunkel and Paul Kaiser are Tougher than 2020!
Ah, sunny Boca Raton, Florida. What a great place to have a business that caters to seniors…until a pandemic hits.
Our franchise partners Ed Dunkel (left in the photo) and Paul Kaiser (right) have been serving seniors in Boca Raton since 2015. Their approach has always been to go above and beyond.
During 2020, they went more above and way beyond!
For instance, in March they joined with other local Boca based businesses and found a local firm to manufacture face masks. When caregivers chose to pause due to COVID-19, Ed and Paul pick up the slack themselves, as usual. There have been many late-night, early morning, and weekend calls for help that Ed and Paul covered personally.
Ed and Paul advocate tirelessly for access to their receivers living in senior care facilities. They don’t always get access, but they always make a difference.
While Ed was conducting an in-home assessment, the potential client received a call telling her that her husband died. Ed stayed with the woman and her handicapped daughter for four hours to provide comfort and guidance. Above and beyond.
Ed and Paul never stopped seeking caregivers or seniors in need. As a result, they have helped more people in 2020 than in any prior year.
