After decades of service in the U.S. Navy—Yvonne as a Surface Warfare Officer and Mike as an Air Traffic Control Officer – they chose to continue serving, this time in Yvonne’s hometown of El Paso. Their commitment to duty, family, and community didn’t end with retirement – it evolved into something deeply personal.
