Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care is proud to welcome a new franchise to the family as Stacey Williams opens a location serving Hamilton, Hancock, and Marion counties. As the fourth Seniors Helping Seniors® location in Indiana, this expansion reflects our continued commitment to helping older adults age with dignity, independence, and meaningful companionship.
With more than 200 franchise partners and 400 territories across the country, Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care continues to grow by focusing on what matters most—building genuine relationships between caregivers and the older adults they serve.
For Stacey Williams, joining Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care is more than a new business venture. It’s an opportunity to combine her professional expertise with a lifelong passion for serving others.
A Career Built Around People
A values-driven leader with more than 20 years of experience, Stacey has built her career helping organizations create strong workplace cultures across industries including healthcare, telecommunications, life sciences, consulting, and professional services.
Throughout her career, she has focused on developing people, strengthening operations, and creating environments where individuals feel respected, supported, and empowered to succeed. She plans to bring that same philosophy to her Seniors Helping Seniors® franchise by fostering a culture where both caregivers and clients feel valued every day.
A Personal Connection to Senior Care
Stacey’s passion for in-home care is rooted in personal experience.
Growing up in Southern Indiana, she developed a deep appreciation for community and helping others. When her grandmother experienced a stroke, Stacey saw firsthand how important compassionate, reliable support can be—not only for older adults but also for the families who care for them.
Like so many families across the country, hers experienced both the rewards and the challenges of caregiving. That experience strengthened her belief that older adults deserve the opportunity to remain in the homes they love while receiving the support they need.
“Seniors Helping Seniors® brings together the parts of the work I know best: people, operations, culture, and trust,” Stacey shared. “I want this business to reflect my values and serve the community in a real way. For me, that means helping seniors stay independent and respected while giving caregivers work that feels meaningful.”
Meeting a Growing Need
The need for quality in-home care continues to increase as America’s population ages. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, nearly 70% of adults who reach retirement age will require some form of long-term care during their lifetime.
Many older adults want to remain in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible, and families are increasingly looking for compassionate support that helps make that possible.
From companionship and transportation to meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assistance with everyday tasks, in-home care allows seniors to maintain their independence while providing families with greater peace of mind.
A Different Approach to Caregiving
One of the things that makes Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care unique is our caregiver matching philosophy. We proudly employ many older adult caregivers who understand the aging experience firsthand and can build authentic, meaningful relationships with the seniors they serve.
These shared life experiences often create deeper connections, transforming everyday assistance into trusted companionship that enriches the lives of both caregivers and care receivers.
Growing Our Mission Across Indiana
As Seniors Helping Seniors® in-home care continues to expand throughout Indiana, each new location helps extend our mission of connecting seniors with compassionate care that promotes independence, dignity, and meaningful human connection.
“We’ve become a leader in this industry by prioritizing the best possible care for our seniors, and that means partnering with only the most passionate and hard-working franchise owners,” said Seniors Helping Seniors® President Namrata Yocom-Jan. “That’s exactly what we’ve found with Stacey as a new franchise partner, who is well-equipped to provide unparalleled in-home services to those in need throughout Indiana.”
We are excited to welcome Stacey Williams to the Seniors Helping Seniors® family and look forward to the positive impact she and her team will make throughout Hamilton, Hancock, and Marion counties. Together, we’re helping more older adults live independently, stay connected to their communities, and enjoy the comfort of home with the support they deserve.
